STEP 1: Draw an oval that will represent the cat's body

Draw a slightly oval circle to shape your cat's body on paper.

STEP 2: Join 2 circles into a dome shape that represents the cat's back legs

Add 2 dome shapes that should be near the edges of the oval and approximately equidistant from the edges. These 2 ovoid shapes are the rear legs of the cat.

STEP 3: Draw a circle which will be the cat's head

This circle placed on the oval of the feline's body represents the cat's head. Remember to erase the unnecessary overlapping lines caused by the superposition of the 2 shapes to assemble the cat.

STEP 4: Draw 2 triangles that will represent the cat's ears

We draw 2 triangles for the cat's ears. Try to make them the same size and place them well (you can help by drawing fine lines from the edge of the cat's paws which you will then erase)

STEP 5: Add 2 domes again for the cat's front legs

Draw the cat's front legs, reproducing the dome shapes shown below as closely as possible. Delete all unnecessary lines to ensure that your cat drawing is as faithful as possible to the tutorial presented.

ACTION 6: Highlight the feline’s tail above the head

Draw the cat's tail in a comma shape above its head. Be sure to follow the attached diagram.

Highlight the feline's tail above the head

ACTION 7: Complete the inside of the cat's face with basic shapes

We add 2 solid triangles for the inside of the ears. We draw the cat's round eyes and a small oval nose. For the feline's mouth we make an arc and from its middle we draw a straight line which joins its nose.

Complete the inside of the cat's face with basic shapes

ACTION 8: Finally, outline the feline’s whiskers with fine lines!

To conclude we add the whiskers, these are straight or slightly curved and very fine lines (we therefore do not press much with the pencil on the sheet, we only touch)
